Joe Rauschmayer

Joe Rauschmayer has over 40 years of semiconductor experience, spanning from Operations through Product Line Management. Joe is currently President and CEO of JTJR Solutions LLC a consultancy specializing in Operations and Semiconductor Product Development and Manufacturing for Cypress Semiconductor. Prior to his retirement, Joe was the EVP of World Wide Operations with responsibility for internal wafer fabs, foundries, internal and external ATMP, scheduling and delivering on products on time. Joe was a member of the Office of the CEO at Cypress and represented the company on the boards of AGIGA Device and Deca Technology.

Joe joined Cypress in their merger with Spansion. At Spansion, he was responsible for Manufacturing, Product Development, Product/Test Engineering, and Quality. Prior positions at Spansion/AMD included executive management positions in Engineering and Product Line Management. Joe has also held positions of increasing responsibility at Sipex, Honeywell-SSED and RCA SSD.
